Absolutely NO hidden fees, all work done will be run by the customer in advance, if you need additional work done, we will let you know the price/fees before we work on it. ​

You can text or call anytime to cancel! We always appreciate it when you call and let us know before we leave. Once we show up to the job we are expecting to work, so if no one has canceled yet and we arrive on site, there will be a cancellation fee of $50. If the drive there is over 30min it will be $75 since no one cancelled. It covers the time spent driving to and back from the location and to pay for gas as well. The work van uses a lot of gas and is not cheap.
HAZARD FEE
If we show up to a job and say its a car key and the car is full of mold and mildew there will be a $50 hazard fee which will be told before working on the key. Same with evictions, if the house is full of animal feces etc, anything that requires us to wear a respirator/hazmat suit there will be a $50 hazard fee, again it will be discussed before any work is done. We also have the right to refuse any job if its just too nasty.
All jobs are required to be paid upon completion. We do make acceptations for commercial customers that have used our services at least 3 times. Then we can do a payment term of net30. Any late payment, meaning over 30 days is subjected to a $65 late fee.
If somehow we are able to come out during after hours, there will be an additional fee depending on the time and day but will always be discussed over the phone before we come out. There will never be hidden fees, the total price is always given over the phone.
There is a 3.5% processing fee on all card transactions.
OUT OF SERVICE AREA FEE
This is the price it cost to come out. All jobs will be charged a service charge. Every time we are called out to a job there will be a service charge. Whether it's a lockout, rekey, car key, commercial, residential or automotive.

If we are able to squeeze in a job that's out of our service area there will be an out of service area charge. How much depends on how far out you are, but give us your location and the day and time you need us and we will be happy to discuss it with you before we come out! Our prices are always given over the phone unless coming out to do an estimate, so there's no surprises! Usually we don't accept jobs that are out of our service area as it takes to long to get to, cost more on gas and then we will be farther away from the rest of the jobs we need to get to that day. It can really set us back. But it doesn't hurt to ask, we will be more willing to come out if we aren't already booked up that day. If you call in advance to set an appointment we can better schedule the rest of the jobs so we aren't late.

HOW COME LOCKSMITHS WONT MAKE A NEW KEY FOR A HOUSE OR BUSINESS IF WE LOST THE KEY?
To avoid any violations if there is not an existing key then we are required to rekey the locks to a new combination. Every licensed Locksmith knows this so if you come across a locksmith willing to make you a new key without an existing key and without rekeying the locks, steer clear from them, it's illegal and this law is provided to keep the people's safety in mind. No one should have any keys made without providing their Identification.

WHAT ARE YOUR WAITING TIMES LIKE?
For emergency locksmith services we come out to you immediately, so just depends on where you are located and how close I am at the time of the call. If you do not need emergency locksmith services then you can schedule the day and time for us to come out.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS? ARE YOU OPEN ON HOLIDAYS?
We are open everyday from 9am-5pm, including holidays unless stated otherwise.
DO WE NEED TO SHOW IDENTIFICATION IF WE ARE LOCKED OUT?
Yes you always need to show your identification during a lockout, if you are locked out of your vehicle your name will need to be on the car’s registration, proof of insurance, or title with a photo ID, if it's in your car you can retrieve it after we unlock it. If you are locked out of your home, we also must see your proof of residency. If you’ve just purchased the home, and don’t have a key, a closing statement will work. If you are locked out of a business you must show company records (business card or website) that shows you name and position with the company. All of these precautions is to keep the public safe, trust me we would be happy to take your money but we will not put anyone's safety at risk, therefore unless you can provide proof we will not accept the job.
